& REFUND POLICY

All products created via the Customizer Studio on GENZCREW are custom manufactured per order. Because these garments cannot be resold or re-purposed for other customers, our policy strictly enforces:

• No Sizing Exchanges: Please double-check your measurements against our size guide before ordering. Since custom garments cannot be returned to stock, size changes post-dispatch cannot be entertained.
• Color & Print Variances: Digital screens display RGB lighting while fabric printing uses CMYK inks. Minor hue or position variance within standard manufacturing tolerances (±5%) is natural and does not constitute a defect.
• Artwork Quality: You are responsible for the resolution and quality of the uploaded images. Low-resolution images that appear pixelated or blurred when printed do not qualify for a refund.
• Damage Claim Window: In case of true manufacturing flaw (holes, severe print misplacement, or defective stitch), you must email us at support@genzcrew.in within 24 hours of package delivery with clear photo/video proof and the original parcel label intact.

For standard, non-customized streetwear drops featured in our catalog (e.g., Graphic Drops, Acid Washed Drops, Minimal Tees):

*Note: A nominal reverse-logistics pickup fee of ₹99 may be applicable on size exchange requests depending on your delivery pincode.

• Custom T-Shirt Orders: Can ONLY be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. After 2 hours, artwork enters pre-treatment and digital screen printing queues, after which cancellation is impossible.
• Standard Catalog Orders: Can be cancelled freely before the package has been handed over to our courier partners (status: "Dispatched"). Once dispatched, please accept delivery and initiate an exchange request.

Once an authorized return is received at our facility and clears physical quality inspection (typically within 48 hours of receipt):

• Processing Time: Standard catalog drops ship in 24–48 hours. Custom printed tees require 48–72 hours production time before shipping.
• Transit Duration: Metro cities typically receive deliveries in 2–4 days; rest of India within 4–7 business days via premier logistics partners (Bluedart, Delhivery, Shadowfax, Xpressbees).
• Free Shipping: Automatically activated for all domestic orders having cart value above ₹999.
• COD Verification: We reserve the right to verify COD orders via automated WhatsApp or voice call prior to printing/dispatch. Unverified COD orders may be cancelled. Repeated refusal to accept COD parcels will lead to permanent blacklisting from Cash on Delivery services.

By uploading graphics, illustrations, photos, or logos into the GENZCREW Customizer Studio, you warrant and represent that:

• You possess the legal rights, licenses, or ownership of the uploaded material.
• Content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or promote hate speech, illegal acts, or explicit obscenity.
• GENZCREW reserves the absolute right to cancel and reject any order containing inappropriate, hateful, or infringing artwork.

Any disputes arising out of or related to transactions on this store shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
